Service Description

Each workshop teaches mindset tools through mindful activities where the girls get to create an empowering craft, which serves as a reminder to practice the tools they learn in the workshop. New additions to the workshops is the nutrition portion where the girls get to create a healthy snack with fruits and vegetables.
