Creating Your Mindful Place by Practicing Gratitude

A mindful place is a safe space within yourself. This space can be nourished by practicing gratitude and seeing the good things surrounding you. Gratitude is a powerful mindful tool that operates through the law of attraction; focus on the good and you will attract more goodness into your life.

What is a mindful place?

It's a safe place where you are in the present moment aware of your thoughts + feelings.

It's a place of calmness within you, no matter the circumstances in the outside world.

It's a place where you are being your free self without judgment.

Creating a mindful place in your life will bring forth a peaceful state of being...

Let’s take a quick pause!

Focus on the sensations in your body as you breathe…

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and a long exhalation out. Put one hand in your tummy and see it rise as you breathe in and how it contracts as you exhale. Let’s do this three times.

Viola! You just created a mindful place by being in tune with your breath.

Another powerful tool is by practicing GRATITUDE...

Gratitude is portable... You can take it everywhere you go!

Gratitude operates through a universal law... implementing the law of attraction... The more gratitude you spread, the more you will get back.

Gratitude can turn your relationships into more meaningful and joyful ones.

I really thought I practiced gratitude because I would say thank you to the waitress at my favorite coffee shop, or to the person who held the door for me, or to the person that gave me a gift, and so on. I realized that gratitude is more than that, it is a lifestyle where everyday you can find things to feel grateful for in each area of your life: health, money, happiness, career, home, and relationships. You really have to feel Gratitude.

Creating a mindful place for your daughter is a vital component at a young age.

Bring awareness to her inner wisdom... to trust her intuition. Making her own decisions or speaking up about her desires.

Peace begins with her! No matter the circumstance or what is going on in her outside world, she has the power to know that peace is an inner tool where she gets to create her own mindful place within.

Help your daughter practice gratitude on a daily basis. There is always something to be grateful for... Remember that the more you give, the more you will receive. Your daughter will start to see the magic all around her because GRATITUDE is a feeling.
